Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa

The bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself. Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked. Very little staff assisting in serving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable. And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd. Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service. While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise.

What an amazing team. Vidal and Thomas went above and beyond for my son’s birthday. They were able to get us in right away and even upgraded us to a newly remodeled room with one room having 2 queen beds and the other with a king bed to accommodate all of my sons friends with no additional charge. They also had fruit, cookies, water and a wonder birthday card for him as well. Talk about best of the best service. It didn’t end there they gave us a later check out with no hesitation. The lagoon service with amazing they have an awesome rec coordinator who I befriended and had the best customer service the bartender was fantastic he took time to find the Sauvignon Blanc I had the night before. Seriously this was by far my best Marriott experience. Thank you all for such a wonderful birthday for my son. We will be back again very soon!

I recently stayed at the Marriott Singer Island while recovering from surgery, and the care I received here exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Raj went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and supported. One especially touching gesture was Raj and Jasmine delivered a handwritten note wishing me strength and a speedy recovery, and a set of my favorite latte (I don't know how they figured it out!) Every interaction with the staff carried the same warmth and professionalism. They always checked in with genuine kindness, and created an environment of comfort that made recovery so much easier. This level of thoughtful, personalized service is what sets this property apart. I am truly grateful for the support and hospitality shown throughout my stay, and I would recommend Marriott Singer Island to anyone seeking not just a beautiful hotel, but a place where people truly care.

Booking via phone same day was a breeze. Raj made check in a breeze. Room was super nice. Housekeeping super nice. View super nice. I would definitely come back should I find myself back in palm beach. Honestly great value for the cost as well.

2-bedroom room is spacious with a nice sized patio. Not crowded during our stay. No issues with getting beach or pool loungers. My teenage kids loved the waterside. There are things that could be cleaned up/touched up. Service has been good. The guy that sets up the lounge chairs and umbrella was very nice. Poolside drinks are pricey but expected for a resort. Ocean was clear and beach was clean. We had a nice time. Was worried about the area but staying close to the resort was fine. We were able to walk to dinner although there are not a ton of “nice” options, most bar type restaurants.
